About HVAC Sheets

A workbook library for HVAC contractor operations

HVAC Sheets publishes editable .xlsx files for small and midsize HVAC service and installation businesses in the United States. Each page explains the task, inputs, calculations and limits of the file that is actually available.

What the collection organizes

The library separates dispatch, service, estimates, projects, inventory and finance. That structure helps a team choose a focused call log, maintenance tracker, estimate or job-cost sheet instead of turning one workbook into an unreviewable field-service system.

How a workbook is presented

Each file starts with a defined operating use and fictional example data. Its page describes worksheets, inputs, formulas and verified workbook features. Automated technical checks inspect expected sheets and file structure; they are not engineering approval, code-compliance review, accounting certification or a claim that a contractor reviewed the file.

Before using a working copy, replace examples, confirm source records, inspect formulas and apply the safety rules, contracts, codes and legal requirements relevant to the work.

When a spreadsheet is not enough

Spreadsheets suit bounded reviews and periodic controls. Emergency dispatch, live routing, technician portals, protected customer records, payroll, accounting ledgers, engineering calculations and regulated material records may require dedicated systems and qualified advice.
