Terms applying to the current HVAC Sheets library. Reviewed September 11, 2026.
Purpose of the library
HVAC Sheets lets visitors read template pages and download the .xlsx files that are actually published. Public access does not require a purchase, subscription or user account.
Use of the files
You may download an available file and adapt it as a working copy, subject to applicable rights. Without an additional express license, download does not authorize resale, public redistribution or offering unchanged copies as your own product.
Format and compatibility
Files use the Office Open XML .xlsx format and are not intended to contain macros. Formulas, validation, charts and appearance can vary by software and version. A template page describes verified workbook properties but does not promise universal compatibility.
Example data and results
Names, customers, jobs, equipment and values in a workbook are fictional examples. Replace them with reviewed information and validate dates, units, source records, requirements and results. A spreadsheet does not replace field-service systems, engineering, code or safety review, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Changes and responsibility
Moving columns, deleting cells or changing formulas can break references. Keep an original copy and test changes. HVAC Sheets may correct or remove an incorrect file without promising permanent availability or individual support.
